In 2016, we contacted Mill Valley Builders for a quote on refinishing our den's hardwood floor. They delivered the lowest bid (of several contractors), and did a great job.
The floor was pine, a soft wood, so required 4 coats of polyurethane. Between each coat, the floor was buffed. We were very pleased with the outcome.
